club lounge great view detailed housekeeping ambulance siren unsafe area restaurant absence
The club lounge access was beneficial. The views of the city were quite nice from up high. The housekeeping service maintained the room well and paid attention to detail.
The room faced the hospital. Ambulance sirens were audible throughout the night. There was no bar or restaurant in the immediate section. The surrounding area had a noticeable presence of homeless individuals and drug use. i didn't feel entirely safe walking alone.

great location comfortable bed family room check-in refusal faulty sink long trip
the location is great for walking and getting about. the beds are really comfortable and the family room we booked was great for 3 adults. two bedrooms existed, one with a king size bed and one with two doubles.
on arrival , after an 18 hour trip, one of our party was refused check in. after a long wait she was finally allowed to check in , but it was not a great start. the sink in the bathroom would not drain , the pop up plug did not work.

helpful staff convenient location fair prices
this hotel was the bomb!!! maria from housekeeping was super helpful and quick!!! she made sure i had everything i needed! the location rocks because tour buses pick you up right there. the restaurant food was AMAZING!!! prices were fair too!!!

the fitness center includes multiple treadmills and stationary bikes to use. i noticed a concourse connected the two towers inside. the hotel offers convenient access to amenities.

the hotel is in a central spot downtown. it's close to many restaurants. the hotel's location makes exploring the city easy.

staff are super friendly, helpful, and efficient at check-in! a big thank you to sude at the front desk for the warm welcome and speedy check-in. twinquel and billy at the club lounge were really attentive and kind.

nearby store comfortable beds
the IGA store nearby was convenient, it sold various items. i also appreciated the two large beds in my room, they were comfortable.
the 4pm check in time was later than i preferred and was not great when tired.

no conditioner toilet paper shortage
The staff was helpful and responsive. The location had many shopping and dining options all within walking range.
There was no conditioner in our room. Luckily we had booked two rooms, so a family member had to deliver conditioner in a glass. There was also only a little bit of toilet paper with no spares. I was charged over $600 for eChannel Retail, as my kids watched movies, but I am not sure what that was about.
